Founded in 1924, Brooklyn, with now 44 stores across the U.S. Sam Ash Music is still family-owned and operated after a century. As a new customer myself, I've had such great experiences with them, I wondered why I've never hear of Sam Ash before.
For Sam Ash a big challenge was competition. There are corporate music stores like Guitar Center and online retailers such as Reverb.com and Sweetwater.com. Given the rich history of music in, New York, I saw an opportunity to play in to the authenticity. At the same time, since the beginning of the pandemic, the sales guitars have skyrocketed, so we updated their e-commerce.
